SMART LIVING RESIDENTIAL

Smart Living Residential is a housing development company focused on creating thoughtful and impactful living spaces. They specialize in bringing high quality, well designed attainable housing to market.

This specific project - located in Dallas, Texas - required full scope branding beginning with naming, initial logo concepts, and final brand guide development.

Over 29 heavily researched and vetted names were presented to the client - with “The Finch Apartment Homes” taking the gold medal. Several logo concepts were pitched, including three which I developed.

The approved logo and brand concept was a team effort, and featured an amalgamation of multiple elements presented during the branding process.
